Coffee has always been a big passion for me until I stumpled into the fascinating world of specialty coffee in 2007 while visiting a new coffeebar and roastery in Hamburg.
Shortly later I visited Oslo which already had a very progressive coffee scene and was a major inspiration to the Scandinavian Coffee Culture.
In 2010 I started roasting coffee and have grown a substantial knowledge about coffee in many aspects of the industry.
As a freelance consultant and trainer I have assisted and supported at different coffee projects in Germany and abroad by giving roaster trainings, creating blends and roast profiles and also develop brands.
I now work for a Hamburg based green coffee importer and trader being responsible for quality management and representative for green coffee.
